Boasting stunning views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the African coast, every inch of Villa El Cid has been designed to provide the ultimate in luxury while retaining the warmth and relaxing atmosphere of the Costa del Sol.

The villa contains eight generously proportioned and fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Luxuriously appointed with individually selected materials from throughout the world, each bedroom has its own unique character and style. The wheelchair-friendly construction includes a lift for easy access to the upper levels.

With 320 days of sunshine per year, Villa El Cid is perfect for ‘al fresco’ dining and barbecues. Our barbecue area can cater for up to 200 guests.

Leisure and recreation

Whether it’s relaxation or recreation you’re after, Villa El Cid has all the facilities you’ll need for an enjoyable stay. The Villa contains three Jacuzzis, one of which is located on the spacious roof terrace. With no buildings overlooking the site, you can be guaranteed total privacy while enjoying unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape and Mediterranean coastline.

The heated outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by native palms, local flowers and manicured lawns. The poolside area is furnished with chaise longues and umbrellas for soaking up the perfect weather of the Costa del Sol. If you’re interested in more active pursuits, you can perfect your backhand on the outdoor tennis court, or practice your putting on the professional putting green.

Inside the villa you’ll find another large swimming pool. The walls of the indoor pool room are adorned with striking aquatically-themed murals, hand-painted by a local artist. This area of the villa also contains the gym and sauna.

Your privacy assured - Security

Villa El Cid is situated on an elevated 5,000 square meter plot in a private, gated community with security personnel on duty at the gate 24 hours a day. In addition, there are security patrols throughout the community during the evening and nighttime hours. Security services are available to respond swiftly to any problems.

In addition, the house is equipped with a state-of-the-art personal protection system to ensure the privacy and security of you and your guests. To top it off, Villa El Cid is surrounded on 3 sides by cliffs and the remaining side has a high security wall.

Location

Puerto Banus & Marbella

The villa is situated only 10 minutes by car from Peurto Banus, the centre point of the Costa del Sol’s exclusive ‘golden mile’. Puerto Banus, on the edge of Marbella, is host to a wide variety of designer boutiques, al fresco bars, and gourmet restaurants to cater for every taste.

Estepona

10 minutes south of Villa El Cid you’ll find Estepona, a traditional Spanish seaside town that’s popular with foreigners and locals alike. With its narrow labyrinthine streets, specialist craft shops and thriving fishmarket, Estepona exudes authentic Andalucian charm.

Moorings:

The pretty marina on the western side of town provides moorings for fishing and pleasure boats.

Overlooking Los Flamingos Golf Club

Villa El Cid directly overlooks Flamingos Golf Club, a magnificent course designed by Antonio García Garrido. Opened in 2001, Los Flamingos has played host to the PGA European Senior Matchplay Championship for the last three years. Flamingos Golf Club is one of three championship-quality golf courses in the immediate vicinity of Villa El Cid.

Professional Putting Green

When you’re not on the course, you can practice your putting on the villa’s own professional putting green. We’ll be happy to advise you on the local golf courses and make reservations in advance of your arrival.
